Our price vary depending on the service that are needed from yourself i.e: packing your house hold items to loading the vehicles to unloading and unpacking your item or maybe you need to store them in our storage facilities. factors that affect the price of moving house:
as well as the volume of items also the distance of the move and additional
factors/services can affect the price
- Access to the property – can we park outside? Are there parking issues? If the parking is a distance or any issues arise an additional charge may be added in addition to the quotation given for your move
- 2 Hour Minimum – with our man and van services our minimum booking is 2 hours only after the 2 hours you will be charge at an hourly rate
- Man and van – with our man and van services our prices are all dependent on how many vehicles are needed also how many men are also needed.
- Time of move – during busy months (May – September) also peak times school holidays also weekend prices will increase due to the demand in the house moving industry so it is best to book in advance to receive a discounted price
- Special/expensive items – if you have any valuable or expensive item such as china dishes, sentimental items, or antique items please tell us in advance as this might also increase the price
- Additional Services – if any additional services are required e.g., packing, dismantling, assembling or you need us to store your items in our storage facilities, this with be an additional cost on top of the quotation given for your house move.
